Acceptance of terms
By registering for or using Iraq Verified, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using the platform on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind that company.
Accurate information
You are responsible for the accuracy of all information and documents you submit. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information may result in rejection, suspension, or removal, and may be reported to the relevant authorities.
Verification status
Verification status reflects the review of information available to us at a point in time. It is an indicator of trust, not a guarantee, and does not constitute an endorsement of any transaction between parties.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the platform, including by attempting to access data without authorisation, scraping profiles, or using contact information for unsolicited marketing.
Limitation of liability
The platform is provided on an “as is” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Iraq Verified is not liable for business decisions made based on profiles, or for losses arising from dealings between users.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
