We collect information you provide directly when you register a company, complete verification sections, upload documents, or contact another party through the platform.
- Account details: name, email, role, and company affiliation.
- Company profile data: registration, licensing, financial and operational sections.
- Documents you upload in support of verification.
- Usage data such as searches, saved companies, and enquiries.
How we use your information
Information is used to operate the verification process, display verified company profiles to authorised international partners, enable enquiries and matching, and maintain the security and integrity of the platform.
Verification and human review
No information is ever marked as “verified” automatically. Verified (green) status is granted only after review and approval by an authorised reviewer. Submitted information may be reviewed by our compliance team before a status is assigned.
Sharing of information
Verified company profile information is visible to registered international partners searching the directory. We do not sell your personal data. We share information with service providers only as needed to operate the platform, and with authorities where required by law.
Data retention
We retain information for as long as your account is active and as required to meet legal, regulatory, and verification-record obligations. You may request deletion as described in our GDPR & Data Protection page.
