Security

All traffic to and from the platform is encrypted in transit using TLS. Uploaded documents are stored in secured cloud storage with access controls.

Access to data is governed by role-based permissions. Verification decisions are restricted to authorised reviewers, and administrative actions are recorded in an audit log.

Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text. We recommend using a strong, unique password for your account.
